Return Policy:

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee your satisfaction. Should you wish to return an item, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 business days from the date of receipt of your purchase.

2. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and the sanitary liner intact. It should not have been worn, washed, or otherwise used.

3. For all returns, a $7.00 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping costs.

4. Original shipping charges will only be refunded if the returned items are determined to be defective.

International Returns:

Regrettably, we are currently unable to process returns or exchanges for international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

2. We will promptly provide you with a return shipping label at no cost.

Please Note:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and will be subject to the $7.00 shipping fee deduction unless the returned items are found to be defective.

• IMSY reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our guidelines.
